Gazpromneft Lubricants Ltd. is a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft for production and marketing of lubricants, greases and specialty fluids. Founded November, 2007 with the aim to strengthen Gazprom Neft's lubricants business, our company now operates five manufacturing facilities in Russia, Italy and Serbia with total blending capacity of 450,000 tons of high-quality lubricants and greases.

Gazpromneft Lubricants holds 14% of the Russian lubricants market and distributes its products to Europe, Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Central Asia, totaling to 38 countries. Gazpromneft Lubricants is the leader in grease production volume among the Russian market participants.

Gazpromneft Lubricants' product portfolio includes G-Energy and Gazpromneft brands, and Техасо marine oils produced under Chevron license. Today, we offer over 400 products including lubricants, greases and specialty fluids which satisfy lubricant demand in key market segments.

April 2009 Lubricants blending plant in Bari (Italy) acquired from Chevron Global Energy
The acquisition allowed us for the production of the full high-quality product range. Under the agreement, Chevron submits Gazpromneft Lubricants the technical information license and patent rights for manufacturing the products. At present, the plant produces approximately 150 kinds of passenger and commercial vehicle lubricants, as well as industrial oils and fluids. A special grease production facility enables to produce 25 grease items. The plant is certified for ISO 9001, 14001, and has received the API license.

Opening of Omsk Lubricants Plant at Omsk Oil Refinery
The new subsidiary incorporated all production facilities and logistics of the Omsk Refinery involved in the manufacturing and shipment of lubricants.
May 2009 New production facility deployed at Omsk Lubricants Plant
High quality gear, hydraulic and compressor oils are manufactured at the plant equipped with Pall's frame and fine filters enabling the production of high purity hydraulic oils. The industrial oils produced at the new Omsk refinery manufacturing complex comply with the international quality standards – DIN 51524, part 2; DIN 51517, part 3; and DIN 51506, part 2.
June 2009 First Gazpromneft branded product launched
Launch of production of the first Gazpromneft product at Gazpromneft Lubricants Italia S.p.A. in Bari (Italy) – semisynthetic engine oil Gazpromneft Super Oil ESX 10W-40.
2010 Turbine oil TP-22S Grade 1 supply started to Gazprom's subsidiaries
Start of high-quality TP-22S Grade 1 turbine oil supply to almost all Gazprom's subsidiaries dealing with extraction, transportation and storage of natural gas.
April 2010 G-Energy Premium Engine Oils introduced into the market
G-Energy is a premium engine oils brand produced by Gazpromneft Lubricants for modern European, U.S. and Japanese cars. Activating its special agents G-Energy unique Adaptive Components Formula enhances the oil performance and adapts it to any engine behavior.
G-Energy brand belongs to Gazpromneft Lubricants' G-Family oils range. In addition to engine oils for passenger cars, G-Family includes G-Profi – the selection of motor oils for commercial vehicles; gear oils for cars and commercial vehicles G-Box and G-Truck; G-Motion and G-Wave oils for small engines protection, and a range of other specialty products.
July 2010 G-Energy oils in Serbia and the Balkans
Distribution agreement concluded with NIS (Naftna Industrija Srbije) for selling G-Energy products in Serbia and the Balkans.
September 2010 G-Energy large-scale ad campaign featuring Jason Statham
Large-scale G-Energy ad campaign launched with the participation of famous English actor Jason Statham known to the Russian audience for his roles in 'The Transporter,' 'Snatch,' and 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels' reflects the dynamic image of G-Energy brand.
October 2010 New blending, packaging, storage and shipment facilities at Omsk Lubricant Plant
Construction of blending, packaging, storage and shipment facilities at Gazpromneft Lubricants' subsidiary – the Omsk Lubricant Plant – one of the largest and modern facilities in Europe.
November 2010 Partnership agreement with SIBUR Group
Long-term partnership agreement signed with SIBUR Group for the development, testing and supply of lubricants.
January 2011 G-Energy oil can receives 2010 GOOD DESIGN TM Award
The 2010 GOOD DESIGN TM Award granted to Gazpromneft Lubricants, upon the decision of jury from the Chicago Museum Of Architecture And Design, for G-Energy oil can design developed by ItalDesign Giugiaro.
June 2011 A Representative Office in Central Asia opened in Almaty (Kazakhstan)
November 2011 New Gazpromneft Moscow Lubricants Plant
Acquisition of ZAO NK Select owning a lubricant blending plant in Fryazino (Moscow Region). The new asset was renamed into 'Gazpromneft Moscow Lubricants Plant' (Gazpromneft MZSM).
The annual 40,000 tons of packaged products include engine, gear and industrial oils, and specialty fluids. The plant consists of high precision blending and packaging units, a 3000m3 storage plant, motor and railway loading/unloading areas with pump units, storage and treating facilities and laboratory complex.
December 2011 G-Energy Antifreeze coolants introduced to the market
G-Energy Antifreeze coolants intended for use in the cooling systems of internal combustion engines introduced to the market.
G-Energy coolants range offers G-Energy Antifreeze SNF, G-Energy Antifreeze NF, G-Energy Antifreeze and G-Energy Antifreeze HD.
Blended with Monoethylene Glycol (MEG) in combination with advanced additive system, the coolants deliver superior protection against frost, overheating, corrosion and cavitation.
March 2012 Gazpromneft Lubricants supports Russia's Team RFR in the World Series by Renault Championship
A step into global sports world was made when a sponsorship agreement was signed with Russia's Team RFR to support them in the World Series by Renault Championship and strengthen the positive perception of G-Energy Premium Oils Brand. We associate our further communications projects with motorsports which are the perfect ground for testing our automotive lubricants.
Specialized range of engine oils and fluids will be developed in the future to meet the needs of sports vehicles servicing.
Texaco marine oils production & sales
Intensive development of new branch of our business – the production and sales of Texaco marine oils. A license agreement was signed with Chevron that enabled Gazpromneft Lubricants to supply a wide selection of oils for sea and river vessels (hydraulic, compressor, turbine and cooling fluids, as well as specialty greases).
May 2012 First stage of blending and packaging unit construction for annual production of 180,000 tons of automotive and industrial lubricants
The first stage of blending and packaging unit construction launched at the Omsk Lubricants Plant for annual production of 180,000 tons of automotive and industrial oils. The pipe system that prevents mixing different types of lubricants ensures automatic packaging of more than 350 product items. The warehouse accommodates 10,000 tons of packaged lubricants. So, package production, packaging and storage units along with high-end oil tank farm formed the first stage of construction. The second stage is coming: high precision low-tonnage blending of 110,000 tons is being built. With the state-of-the-art technology earlier applied only at Gazpromneft's Italian plant, it will produce a wide range of premium quality oils.
July 2012 Partnership with Gazprom, Gazprom Neft and Gazprom VNIIGAZ
The program of partnership with Gazprom, Gazprom Neft and Gazprom VNIIGAZ approved for 2012–2016, under which Gazpromneft Lubricants is liable to provide Gazprom's oil and gas transportation system with high-quality lubricants of its own production that are capable to substitute out-of-date Russian and foreign analogues.
September 2012 Motor racing theme in G-Energy new ad campaign
G-Energy new ad campaign launched. The motor racing theme is chosen the basis of the concept.
November 2012 G-Family oils sales hit record high of 1,500 tons per month
About 1,300 tons were sold across Russia and CIS; and over 200 tons – in Italy and other European countries.
December 2012 Distribution network extended to Germany and Near East
G-Energy Premium Oils are sold in Germany; agreement is reached for consumer, commercial and industrial oils distribution in the Near East (Turkey and Iraq).

2013 Sponsorship agreement with G-Force racing team
A partnership agreement with G-Force racing team signed for 2013. G-Force is to participate in all large events of Russian and the world's 2013 cross country rally, including Dakar and the Russian Rally-Raid Championship and Cup.
January 2013 Joint initiatives with LIFAN MOTORS RUS
A strategic partnership agreement signed with LIFAN MOTORS RUS – a Chinese manufacturer of automotive lubricants, and specifies a number of joint initiatives in technology and marketing.
February 2013 Introduction of new Gazpromneft brand
The new range of high-quality oils is marketed under Gazpromneft brand. Gazpromneft oils meet the high standards of API specifications. The range includes synthetic, semisynthetic and mineral oils for gasoline and diesel engines of cars and trucks. Gazpromneft brand also offers gear and hydraulic oils, servicing fluids and coolants, totaling over 60 items.

- launch of effective communications campaign promoting successful sales of Gazpromneft branded lubricants both in Russia and across the world;
- the production of the full range of new specialized premium products for passenger and commercial vehicles and various industries;
- purchasing new lube blending facilities in Russia and abroad;
- close partnerships with OEMs and R&D institutions;
- сconstruction of high precision low-tonnage blending facility of 110,000 ton capacity at the Omsk Refinery; with the state-of-the-art technology earlier applied only at Gazpromneft's Italian plant, it will produce a wide range of premium quality oils.
- launch of the partnership program with Gazprom, Gazprom Neft and Gazprom VNIIGAZ approved for 2012–2016, under which Gazpromneft Lubricants shall provide Gazprom's oil and gas transportation system with high-quality lubricants of its own production that are capable to substitute out-of-date Russian and foreign analogues.
