Gazpromneft-Lubricants, Ltd. being the Gazprom Neft business operator for production and marketing of lubricants has launched the new G-Energy Service program for service stations. The project allows the station owners to land more customers within the period of post-warranty car maintenance.
G-Energy, manufacturer of premium-quality oils, plans to assist partners in registration of service stations, purchase of dedicated equipment, advertising, training and technical support, and also grant loans for development. Investment in the partner service station development will amount to over 2 million roubles for cooperation period. Location, transparency, experience in the service segment for at least three years or possession of the relevant competence, quality of service, and readiness for long-term cooperation are amongst the main criteria of service station selection.
The similar project has already been successfully accomplished with several service stations rendering services in change of motor and gearbox oils and process fluids.
The G-Energy Service program has been presented in April '2014 at the second convention of "The Russian Car Dealers" Association (ROAD) of which the title partner has been Gazpromneft-Lubricants, Ltd.
Gazpromneft-Lubricants, Ltd. and ROAD Association have signed the five-year-term agreement of strategic cooperation in last December. The document provides multi-layer cooperation: joint arrangements, educational and communication projects, and also specially developed programs of lubricants' deliveries to car dealer enterprises. As of today, Gazpromneft-Lubricants, Ltd. has concluded contracts with six groups of companies included into the Association: Modus SC, RTDService, LegeArtis, TransTekhService, Gorod Avto and BN-Motors SC.
The "Russian Car Dealers" Association (ROAD) is the occupational association founded in 1994 and representing more than 400 car centres. The participants of ROAD - the largest federal dealership networks as well as many single-brand metropolitan and regional dealership enterprises. The companies included into the Association account for almost 40% of foreign-made cars' sales in Russia. Among the main objectives of the Association's activity is strengthening of official dealership concept as the basis for the civilized car market of Russia, data exchanging between the branch participants, revealing of good practices and working on their vigorous implementation in the community of official dealers.
