Gazpromneft Lubricants wins the supply tender of Kaliningrad’s automotive manufacturer AVTOTOR and will provide the company with G-Truсk Z 75W-80 gear oil for Hyundai factory fill and G-Energy FE DX1 5W-30 engine oil for General Motors vehicles.
With the ongoing growth of GM production volumes and increasing number of potential customers, Gazpromneft Lubricants developed its new engine oil to meet the requirements of dexos1 international specification for General Motors gasoline engines. For this purpose, Gazpromneft Lubricants conducted lab testing and submitted the results to one of the U.S. laboratories. G-Energy FE DX1 5W-30 received dexos1 license that enables our company to supply first fill oil to GM (Cadillac, Chevrolet, Opel and others) – not only in Russia, but foreign markets.
The production of new G-Energy FE DX1 5W-30 engine oil is already deployed at one of Gazpromneft Lubricants’ manufacturing sites – the Gazpromneft Moscow Lubricants Plant. As part of the dexos1 license procedure, the Moscow Plant conducted trial and introduction of ISO TS 16 949 applied at automotive companies.
“Gazpromneft Lubricants enhances its partnerships with OEM and introduces new technology. We develop and supply our products and services to meet the latest quality standards and improve our competitiveness in the world’s market.
